I greatly appreciate Dr Ott and his genuine care that he had for me and my concerns.

The visit helped with my needs and I am grateful. But it was limited and specific so it wasn't enough to help me be ready to recommend enthusiastically.

Dr. Ott went into great detail about my concerns. He was very conservative him plan for treatment and made sure I was completely involved In the plan.

This was my first visit and I felt cared for by all the staff from the person on the phone to the doctor.

Each staff member communicated with each other about what I was having done and what I would need.

Dr. Ott talked me through everything before and during the procedure. He was concerned about my well being and waited to ensure I was all good before moving on to his next patient.

Better than good. Impressed by his professionalism AND friendliness. Easy to understand, kind, thorough, gentle.

He was willing to describe everything that would happen before actually doing the procedure so I could feel more comfortable and confident in what was happening.

Dr. Ott has a wonderful bedside manner and answered all my questions in a straightforward manner.

Dr Ott was very patient and helped me to understand my problems much better than anyone had before to help me decide which way to proceed.

He answered all my questions with honest and realistic answers with no judgement. He made what can tend to be uncomfortable appointments very comfortable.

Was a joke .. Nothing came of it and was told this is my new normal . The pain I have . Very unhelpful and didn't care about my pain at all. Was there not even 30 min and left with the same question I had when I got there. He didn't care at all

Nice but lacks warmth and personality..Doesn't seem to be as engaged in my issues as my previous Gyno's or felt he wanted to continue with me as a patient!

He did not listen to my concerns. He was very dismissive. He did not ask me about my concern just got the information from the nurse prior to walking into the to the room. He was rude and condescending when I attempted to discuss my concern.

Spent extra time going over risk vs benefit

This was the first time I had seen a male Gynecologist. I was extra anxious, but he did an amazing job. He was kind, respectful, gentle, he listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, explained everything extremely well, and he even took the time to get to know me better as an individual patient. He was the first gynecologist ever, to Correctly Explain to me how my body works and why. He eased so many of my worries. Even ones other Gynecologists had left me incredibly worried about, with little to no explanation. Not to mention very vague or Incorrect Information. I am exceedingly grateful to him for the information and understanding he was able to impart to me.
