The front desk staff were also fantastic - there were some unusual aspects of my health insurance and they helped figure it out and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all.

Although they were short staffed, the care provider took the time to review my file, ask questions, provide solutions, and next steps. I felt understood and not like she was trying to rush me because they were running behind.

She was great at telling me when and where she would touch me, saying what to expect as far as feelings go, and giving me instructions for reducing pain during the process. She also was great at letting me know about what my options for care were

Brady Brooks at intermountain Midwives is fabulous. She is a great listener and shows concern for me as a patient. I have never felt rushed with her.

Brandy was amazing! I have never felt as supported or listened to as I have during my appointment with her. She listened to my concerns and went through my options with me very thoroughly. She took her time to learn about me and validated my thoughts and experiences. Such a wonderful person. She also saw that I had a need that could be better addressed by another midwife, , and had her consult with me briefly as well. . Both Brandy and made me feel comfortable, cared for, and heard. They are both amazing providers

I think this was the BEST annual exam visit I've ever had. Dia, the midwife who saw me was more then excellent. It was my first time seeing her but she made me feel soooo comfortable, as if we had known each other for many years. The time and attention I received from her was more than my expectations. She listed to all of my concerns and addressed them in a fashionable manner. I didn't feel rushed at any moment of the visit. Also, I never felt I was being judged. Dia took the time to go through my medical history so she could understand me a little better. Dia had great bedside manner the entire visit. I am soooo happy with the care I received, I would definitely recommend Dia to anyone looking for great care.

Brandy is literally a god send. She knows exactly what I need before I need it. She always advocates for me and my needs. She gives me the confidence to get through procedures I know are necessary even when I'm terrified. She deals with my anxiety in such a comforting way and doesn't get frustrated that it may take longer because I'm nervous. I've never felt so comfortable with a provider, I know she truly gets me.

I was super nervous and had never met with a midwife before, but I absolutely loved my experience with her! she was so friendly and helpful and immediately put me at ease. I would recommend these midwives to everyone!

Brandy Brooks is an excellent nurse midwife. I got the best care I have had at an office visit for a long time. She spent noire time with me than my internist does. She is very kind and thorough.

Absolutely stellar. I love going to the midwife office because they always treat me with respect and concern. This time, even more so, I felt so much caring and concern. She listened well, was well informed, was very thorough, and so supportive.

Dr. Brooks was so attentive and personable. She made sure I knew everything she was doing when she did the intimate exam. She even consulted with another midwife and brought her in to talk to me.
