The doctor was not at all personable. I realize he is human and maybe was having a bad day. He was not interested in me as a person and only smiled once when my husband tried to joke with him. It was all business and I felt like I was a bother to him. I feel like he is highly competent and I trust that what ever he can do for me would be the best treatment.

He said you don't need to go to the er, the tachycardia won't kill you! What was I suppose to do? The office staff were of no help.Never offered to see me. My primary care Dr sent me to the er as he said you can't stay like this. Er doctor tried to reach Dr. Crandall, no response. Returned to er Sunday, er doc spoke to dr Crandall and he started me on a medication

The care I received following my ablation was terrible. If the office staff would have seen me, I wouldn't have had to go to the er. I would have been happy to see a PA or NP. Post care of ablation was unacceptable. I have no trust in the office or Dr Crandall so I have met with a cardiologist at .

Staff did not have to work together on my visit. It only involved Dr. Crandall who is fabulous.

Dr. Crandall was recommended highly...I won't recommend anyone until after my procedure. I have now established some care at St. Marks due to your policy. Im 67 never had a drug problem but would expect to be cared for and have adequate pain control.
