The medical professionals were fantastic. Dealing with the office to get the appointment, figure out where the office was, and paperwork was awful. I'd give the logistic process for your clinic a 1/5 and Id give the doctor/nurse staff a 5/5. I received several text messages asking me to confirm that I was coming to the appointment, but no communication about where the office was or which building at the hospital it is located in. Google maps gave me the suite number but not the building number. I went into 3 different buildings trying to find the clinic and was late to my appointment. The front desk staff almost turned me away for being too late, which was incredibly frustrating considering I was early to the hospital, but took 30 minutes to find the clinic. Very confusing and very frustrating. You have a great doctor and an awful logistic setup. Doctor 5/5. Clinic 1/5.

I have already recommended this provider to others. This provider is unusually good about discussing issues and actually communicating. I also appreciate that he doesn't play the big-timer role, and solicits patient input regarding progress and decisions.

Dr. Taylor is so wonderful! I love that he is so aware of my hypersensitive nature and how medications affect me. He is always willing to discuss options and why he chose them. We avoid oral steroids as much as possible.

Dr Taylor answered concerns, made suggestions, and generally listened to concerns and didn't rush me. This was my first visit to his office. I am trying to establish doctor relationships after moving to Utah. I have not been duly impressed with other doctors.

I have a lot of doctors that I have to see on a yearly basis, and Dr. Taylor is one of my favorites. He has a great bedside manner. He is very concerned about my care and thinks beyond the scope of what I initially was there for. His concern for my well-being is comforting, and he does it without judgement. I greatly appreciate him!

Dr. Taylor does a good job of listening to and involving the patient. Little hiccup on prescriptions, however. The STAFF could communicate better on some of these things.
