I rely tremendously on Dr Mallender and his team to guide me through my heart issue. He is terrific - a great listener, extremely knowledgeable and able to compassionately design and talk me through my treatment.

Had EKG and it was good. Doc asked my response to medication I am takingthere were no new or old symptoms to report.

Routine check for me with nothing to be concerned about. Doc would have proceeded with more if problems. Trust him!

The gal that set up the video was awesome-so helpful! Dr. MALLENDER was very professional and made me feel like he was listening and addressing my concerns. Over all the experience went very well. I couldn't come in because my daughter came down with Covid.

Dr. Mallenger is very easy to talk to. He is up-to-date on medical advice. I wish he was my regular doctor!

Dr. Mallender is a caring and remarkable doctor, not to mention that he runs a professional and extremely efficient office. In and out of his office in 15 minutes, including an ECG. All my questions were answered, and he gave me all the time I needed.

From the beginning I felt very comfortable listening & talking with him. When we left I told my husband "I feel better even just meeting with him. I feel good because I know that I am in good hands and will get much better treatment than I have had for a long time. He will find out what is causing the problem and then treat it." Dr. Mallender never makes me feel as though he is in a rush. He takes time to ask and answer questions as well as shows genuine concern for my health and well being. He is warm and friendly too.

Dr Mallender is not a chit chat kind of doctor. The visit is quick which is why he stays on schedule. He relayed my course of treatment & had me repeat it, to see that I understood & that was it. I'll see him again in 3 months. I know I can call the nurses if I have a problem but I was hoping for a little more encouragement. I really wanted to decrease the amount of medicine I'm taking with a good report on the ultra sound & stress test, but instead it was increased.

I mistakenly came an hour early. The staff worked me in anyway so that I didn't have to sit for an hour. Very considerate.

I didn't get a survey about the other IHC doctor that I recently saw. This visit was a real contrast. Dr. Mallendar is personable and clearly interested in my whole health, not just the immediate problem. He's one of the best communicators I've encountered in a hospital.
