Very good experience

I came to Charlotte for a second opinion after a negative experience elsewhere and with the hope that I would be able to completely transfer my care to her. I'm glad I did! My experience was very positive, especially in comparison to the last provider I saw. Charlotte listened to everything I had to say and seemed to show genuine concern. She clearly explained where we stood at present, where she would like to go from here and why, how procedures work, what they look for, and the importance of those recommended. While she clearly gave her professional opinion of what steps should be taken next, she made clear that decisions were mine and let me feel in control of my own medical care. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone a provider who listens to and empowers their patients while guiding them through professional, individually-tailored treatment.
