I was SO impressed at how well the team worked together!! Check-in was quickly followed my initial screening with the nurse, an x-ray was ordered, and the x-ray tech was ready for me before I had even gathered my stuff, and then Dr. Gordon was ready to discuss my x-ray results just a minute or two later, and had a nurse taking notes so he could focus on me. Everyone worked together SO well!! I am so impressed!!

Dr. Gordon was fabulous!! He listened carefully, asked great follow up questions, sought permission for a physical examination of my knee injury, and explained why I needed an x-ray and MRI. Then when he went over my MRI results with me, he brought a model of a knee, explained each part of the knee and it's function, and how the MRI results showed exactly where the injury occurred. He was very patient with his explanation and answered all of my questions. Then he explained each of my care options and helped me set up physical therapy. At the end of my visit, Dr. Gordon said that if PT doesn't help, I can come back and he will help me look into other options. I felt like he really cared about me and helping me get back to full function. Dr. Gordon was AMAZING!!

Dr. Gordon is exceptional. He listens well,. He thinks well. And he's cheerful. I have never had better care. Hats off to IHC for having and retaining a physician of Dr. Gordon's quality.

After checking the X-ray, the doctor couldn't be sure what was causing the extreme pain in my foot, but gave some instruction on how to relieve the pain and suggested I come back within a week if it wasn't much better.
