Practice Focus
My practice is geared toward promptly returning my patients to their sport, activity,or work with evidence based practices and effective treatments. I specialize in non-operative treatment of orthopedic injuries and fractures in pediatric patients and adults. I have a special interest in endurance athletes, tri-athletes, cyclists and marathoners as I participate in these events on a regular basis
Bio
I am a happily married father of 4 children and love being a sports medicine physician. I try to stay active and feel that my understanding of orthopedic injuries is enhanced by actually participating in the events that keep us healthy but, unfortunately, can also cause injury. My best marathon time was at the St. George Marathon 3 hours and 8 minutes. I am striving to get a sub-3 hour marathon. I love to cycle and usually end my season with LOTOJA in the fall. My skiing days have transitioned to ski school with my kids. Currently, I am helping coach the Herriman High School mountain bike team and spend my free time on the mountain bike with the wife and kids
