Dixie sat down and actually listened to me, we went through every issue I was having and she talked me through options for each issue giving me pros and cons of each solution and ultimately left the decision up to me but made sure I was completely informed.

I have seen Dixi a handful of time for a variety of reasons over the last few months and have always felt so cared for! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and Dixi herself is wonderful at listening and asking follow-up questions to understand what I am experiencing. I have never had a provider who has made me feel as included on my healthcare choices as Dixi makes me feel. She is always very empathetic, takes time to understand my symptoms, educates me on what they could mean, describes how several different treatment options could potentially work for me, and ultimately let's me decide which direction I want to take my healthcare, ensuring me that If I feel I need to make any changes later on that reaching out to do so is a very accessible option (which has proven to be true!). I always feel so empowered to be involved in making educated choices about my health with someone who takes time to provide me with all the information I need to do so.

Dr. Haramoto was so kind a patient. Never seeming to be rushed to get to the next patient. She made sure all my questions were answered and that she had given me enough time to finish any notes I was taking.

This was my first visit with Dixi but not my first visit to this facility. Just clarifying! And, I was impressed with the time she took to listen and offer her guidance for options . She didn't seem rushed to move to the next patient. I did forget a couple health questions but other than that, It was great!
