The NP was thorough, compassionate, well educated, and explained things very well. She took time to go over detail of my health history questionnaire. She found things in my health that I hadn't brought up, and thought critically through all my many health issues. She performed a thorough assessment and helped me understand. It was a hard visit for me. I've been in denial about my sleep apnea and awareness of it bright some emotion and tears. She helped to normalize the feelings and took the shame out of it. I appreciate her so much.

Jen sat down across the desk from me, asked questions, listened to my concerns, offered advice, took notes that she shared with me, and asked if I had any further questions or concerns. Though she certainly had other demands on her time, she didn't act rushed.

Jennifer Fisher explained the results from the sleep study in a clear and understanding manner. She also explained the next steps about how I will get my CPAC machine, etc. Her final comments were call me if you have any questions.
