I was really impressed with how much time Dr Lovell spent with me. He listened to my history, asked helpful questions, took time to explain my condition, what options for treatment there were, positives and negatives of different treatments, etc. He made me feel comfortable and more knowledgeable about my condition. It's one of the best interactions I've had with a doctor.
