He was very quickly in and out. In general if I want to ask him a question, I have to be ready to ask him quickly or he'll be gone already, so I have forgotten to ask things before.

I recommend Dr Allen but your clinic needs to do better at making patients wait. We have a life and waiting 45 min in the lobby is ridiculous!
