I was very happy to have this as an option. I was scheduled for an in person visit. I had a knee procedure the day before. I ended up not being able to drive into see Dr Afshar. The staff was wonderful about getting a visa call set up instead. It would have been best if I could have gone in. But the video was the best solution at the time

Dr Kia took the time to explain the reason for his decision to not do a more invasive procedure for my AFib prior to my BMT. I was assured that it was safer to proceed with the BMT and address the AFib at a later date.

Dr Ashfar is the best doctor I've ever seen. He is great about communicating what he is foing, thinking, direction as well shows a real concern and care for my well being. Discussed medication, options, etc he is fantastic
