I'll be sure to warn people to avoid Kimberly Herrera at all cost. Both by writing reviews, spreading the word to as many friends and family, and utilizing social media to recount my horrible experience in order to protect people who may be considering her as a primary care physician. Hopefully Intermountain will consider replacing her with a more fit doctor.

Physician showed no empathy in my concern that I was going into a weekend in pain where I'd have no access to pain meds except for the ER. She did not offer options. Just told me what to do and she was done. Visit was less than 5 minutes. The actual exam
