I was very grateful to have a good discussion about my situation. I almost felt bad taking time with questions, not from anything Maile did, but just because I'm used to care providers being rushed and busy.

I loved Maile, she went through some of the technical stuff on the readouts pretty fast, but she was patient, explained things well, was clear, and I felt like she cared about me. Looking forward to my next visit with her.

PA Maile Yuzon was one of the most amazing providers I've ever met with, and I've met with many. She was so compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I felt assured that we would work together to improve my situation, regardless of how long that took. She never made me feel my issues were my fault, which other providers have done many times, especially with sleep issues. My medical history is fairly complex and she took the time to go through it all, to the point I was afraid I was putting her behind but she never made me feel rushed or indicated she was out of time. Due to this, she was able to get the full picture and story, which few providers do. I was beyond impressed and it was the first time in awhile I walked away from a visit with peace and confidence and not disappointment. I look forward to continuing to work with this provider.

Personable, listened well to my concerns and my answers to her questions. I asked about her experience and background; she kindly answered. I could tell during the visit that she was experienced in sleep matters, because she listened and had competent explanations.
