      Dr Milligan is so friendly and caring and I really love going to him. My only comment would be to add in a little time for questions at the end of wellness exams. I felt this was my only chance to ask these things once a year and I felt like I was rushed to ask my questions and I didn't end up asking a couple of questions because I felt I was out of time and they needed to get the next appointment.

      I don't mind waiting a while to be seen. Dr Milligan is an excellent, caring physician who takes the time to make sure he addresses each of my concerns, and explains things in a way that I can understand. I recognize that he is doing the same thing with other patients, if he is running behind, it is because it was important for him to spend extra time with another patient. To me it is worth waiting in order to get the best care which I believe Dr. Milligan provides.

      The staff is always great and have compassion. Dr. Milligan is a great Doctor. I cannot say enough good things about him. He shows a lot of empathy and compassion for his patients. IHC is blessed to have him.

      Dr Milligan is a very concerned about me as a patient and person. I am a retired physician and I know that he is very knowledgeable and skilled but he is also very warm and caring. The combination of these traits is rare and very desirable in a physician. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
