He brushed me off and ignore what I was trying to tell him. Seemed like he was in a rush to get me out of there. I know it was close to closing and I apologized but he was really making me feel worse.

Dr Matthew Wilson is an intelligent doctor who has helped me with a lot of ENT concerns. He answers all my questions and is throughout. He even has personal experiences that he relates to his patients with. I would recommend him to anyone needing a ENT doctor!

I did not feel like he listens to my concerns or seeks to understand my issues. I would never recommend him to anyone. Very arrogant and makes you feel like you are a waste of his time.

It felt so rushed. I know it was only a check up but none of my concerns for listening to, I felt brushed off. And it doesn't feel like I was taking seriously.

The art of listening is often lost to experience and replaced with physician aarogance. Dr. Wilson listens to and cares about each patient individually. As a patient/patient advocate, it is refreshing to feel heard.

I felt like Dr. Wilson Was knowledgeable about the surgery and my condition-I like how he gave me the autonomy to make the decision to have the surgery. However, he seemed uninterested as to whether or not I get the procedure, which made me doubt my previous long decision-making process. I doubted whether it really was important to get it done. I know he was probably just trying to be relaxed, but he made it seem like I was just doing the surgery for fun- even though I met the diagnostic criteria in all points to qualify for it.

Overall experience was very good. It was the first time my hearing was tested and audiologist was so positive and friendly. It helped ease my worry and relax for testing.

Dr.Wilson was professional and polite, he explained the process and options for care. I will be going back to see him for allergy testing. His beside manner was pleasant considering he had a full schedule. He handles stress very well and I will highly recommend him to friends and family.
