Dr Crawrford never introduced himself to me. I was not even sure it was him. He directed me into another room and his badge was hidden. He sat looking at the computer the entire time I was there. He did answer my questions. At the end he said "you can go now" and I walked out of the room while he was still sitting behind the computer.

Overall I could tell the doc cared but my first impressions were not that great he didn't introduce himself and shake my hand and look me in the eye. He is twice my age I would think that is pretty standard introduction... But once we got talking I could tell he cared just work on that first impression part
