Of all the hospitals and doctor's I have been to, Intermountain has been the best. Dr.Bassett answers questions and explains things thoroughly. Sometimes it's uncomfortable for a man to talk about private parts issues.

The nurses were incredible and Dr. Bassett is very good at what he does. Was quick to finish my stent removal once he got to me, which I really appreciated. Could've maybe warned me when he was going in, but he explained the process to me first, which was great.

I do feel like Dr. Bassett Has always been very rushed. I didn't really feel like I could ask him questions. He was just always headed out the door even as we were talking. Then I would ask the nurses questions and they would be surprised he hadn't discussed it with me already. He did explain the current options and things well, just didn't really wait to see if I needed anything else.
