      Mitchell Basset seems to know what he is doing and generally did his job well which counts for a lot. He can explain well, but did not always do so for go how a procedure will go, how good or bad things are. (This is over a series of appointments.). He seems very busy

      For Bassett is very informative and doesn't beat around the bush with the diagnosis. He tells me what the true problem is and any treatments that may work for me. Even if the answer is not encouraging, he is honest and sensitive to my feelings.

      Because of the scheduling error, my procedure was completed as an afternoon "add on". I believe Dr. Bassett did a good job, but he seemed rushed. I do understand the pressure placed on the doctor and his staff when they have an "add on" but still need to keep on schedule.

      Except for the scheduling error, all went well. My pre-operative antibiotics were called in so someone new I was coming. Somehow, my procedure just wasn't added onto the schedule.

      Of all the hospitals and doctor's I have been to, Intermountain has been the best. Dr.Bassett answers questions and explains things thoroughly. Sometimes it's uncomfortable for a man to talk about private parts issues.
