One of the things I love about Dr. Morano is she discusses it with you. Then asks you to summarize it back to her, making sure you understood what we're talking about.. Then when she finishes the appointment, she always does an overall summary and writes down notes on the back of the lab results for the patient to take with us. Her direction, recommendations for medicines or procedures, etc. When you leave, you have a written plan for the time between visits. I truly wish an doctors did that.

Dr. Moreno not only explained my condition thoroughly but also drew a graph to illustrate blood work and treatment options. She wrote down everything regarding medication and the treatment plan, which I found very helpful. She is an amazing doctor and I feel blessed to be one of her patients. My husband also is one of her patients and the level of expertise and patience that she exhibits with him is unbelievable. She's the BEST!!
