All good from my end, just different. As long as the patient is forthcoming truthfully from their end, it should be a positive tool. The lack of travel is advantageous time wise, safety wise, and can be accomplished in any weather conditions.

There had to be some efficient coordination on their part to contact, schedule, and carry out each video visit.

I learned a lot from Dr. Gundersen and was happy to meet her and get to know her. She gave me good information and advice about my condition and the study I was going to be participating in which was very helpful.

Dr. Gundersen gave me good information which helped me to understand the condition I may have and what to expect during testing for it. She gave me helpful information and was able to explain it in a way that was easy to understand. She was patient in listening to what I had to say and made me feel comfortable in talking to her.
