Dr Nordell Brown showed concern for my son and answered both of our questions in a way that my son and I could both understand. After he had talked to my son, myself and did the examination, he wasn't sure about why my son was experiencing pain throughout his body. He still gave us options of what we needed to do next to help my son. I really liked this a lot because it showed that he cared about my son's pain and wanted to take the steps necessary to relieve the pain.

Dr. Brown is a hero. A HERO!!! He always asks questions to make sure he understands the situation. He always knows what questions to ask. He always knows what to do, or what expert is best to refer us to. When we leave, we always feel relieved. We know what's wrong, how it will be treated, and what to expect from recovery. I do not say this lightly... He is about as perfect a doctor as one could ever hope for.

Dr Brown really took the time to get to the root of the issues. He didn't not just stop at the first item, but gave my daughter time to get out all of her concerns. He validated her feelings, and worked with her to problem solve and come up with solutions. I'm always so impressed.
