I really appreciated Norm's listening and empathy, he didn't rush me out of the office but listened and understood my concerns. He didn't push me on treatments I didn't feel ready for and let me be the decision maker for my care plan. He also took some time to get to know me.

Norm is a provider who has taken time to understand my medical history, has sought additional options for me so as to better manage my post cancer pain and chronic migraines. PA was so rushed for time that he kept asking me questions about medications we had tried or not rather than looking through the medical record. He basically said the exact same things from my last appt and didn't address my new concerns.
