Dr. Dechet seen my husband prior to my visit and I was blown away to see how kind she was with him amazing. I told my husband if or when I needed orthopedic care I was going to see her. So, tore my rotator cuff I switched insurance providers just to see her. Needless to it was the best and most comfortable I've ever had. Amazing woman. Now we refer her to everyone

I like how she was going to send me to the Dr next to her but said it was sad she was out tell March. The fact she listened to me and new after the exam I needed the other Dr was so good.

Dr. Dechet is an extraordinary doctor with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication. From The moment she walks into the exam room, her warm and positive mannerism takes over the room. It makes every visit very pleasant, and I can leave the clinic with a sense of empowerment. Not only does her professional yet personable demeanor help me diminish anxiety about medical issues, but I feel profound empathy and genuine care from her. During the exam, she listens attentively and receptively. Medical concerns and questions are always answered concisely and effectively. Also, she asked for the medical scribe's record to show me the progress, which is good feedback for me. In addition, if my questions are outside her scope of work, she can point me to where I can get appropriate medical assistance. I appreciate Dr. Dechet s well-organized manner in providing me with a good amount of information to enhance my understanding of the issue and progress. She provides a clear action plan with gentle yet motivational remarks, which includes a backup plan if my progress somehow hits a plateau. I am glad that I have chosen Dr. Dechet as one of my medical providers, and I am grateful for her care and kindness.
