Rob spoke with us at length about the benefits and drawbacks of Cpaps and gave us all the pertinent information. He made it easy to understand and was very clear.

It was clear the provider had not reviewed my chart prior to entering the exam room. Therefore it was on me to refresh his memory of why I was there even though this appointment was recommended by him. It would be helpful in the future for the provider to take a few minutes to review a patient's chart before coming into the room, like they used to do when there were paper charts place in the outside of the door of the room. It just makes the visit feel more personal, like the provider actually knows a little about you.

The overall experience was great. My provider was very knowledgeable about all areas that I had questions about not only with the areas I had questions in but also required testing and treatment and where we will go after the tests and assessment are made

He took the time to listen to me, really listened to what I was telling him. He then asked questions and talked me through my treatment options. We decided together on the best treatment for me as an individual. He immediately followed up with additional testing and referrals.

The biggest issue I had was I felt like the appointment ended way too soon. I thought I had an hour long appointment, but felt I was shorted some time, as it was ended after about 25-30 minutes. Maybe he thought all my questions and concerns were answered
