He was very critical of me and did not appear to look at the overall situation. He seemed to be in a hurry. He came off as jaded. I felt like just another patient from his point of view.

Everything Dr. Mazzola said made sense to me. I value his expertise and will follow his recommendations. However I felt lectured to rather than being part of a discussion. He deals with sleep issues all the time. This is a new and difficult experience for me. A little empathy and compassion would've gone a very long way.

It was obvious that he had prepared for the visit. He had review my chart and was aware of issue that had no occurred after our last appointment.

During my visit with Dr Mazzola, I mostly appreciated the time given to me and did not feel rushed. It made me feel cared for, my questions were answered clearly and well explained. I felt understood and that I was in good, kind & knowledgeable hands. Dr Mazzola exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad I am under his care.

My concern is the cost for this sleep study, over $4000. He done it twice and he's billing $8000 to insurance and whatever. That seems like a lot of money just for a few hours of evaluation. That was my main concern, thank you.

The office staff should have available clear directions to the facility in order to help patients who are new to the area find it. That's all.

Dr. Mazzola seen me right away. I was a walk in. He prescribed some medication for my blood pressure,which was very,very high. It was 200 over 100. So,he prescribed some medication and it helped me the next day right away. I thank him.

I realize that these providers see a lot of patients per day. But I honestly don't feel like I was heard. It was like he was the provider for CPAP machines,and everyone leaves there with 1. Like there were no other alternatives.
