Dr Silge was very conservative in his treatment option and I appreciated that. I liked the way he provided me with a hard copy of the treatment plan. He was also willing to do a telavisit for the follow up appointment.

Dr Silge was wonderful. He listened and together we made a plan moving forward. He prescribed new medication and will follow up in 6 weeks. We have a plan B and C, in case we need that. I was very impressed with him and his care.

I originally decided to get an allergy test done because I was having reactions to foods. Dr. Silge explained that this can be a cross-reaction with environmental allergens and did a really great job of explaining why this would be happening, but I also still wanted to be tested for different foods because the reaction I have to them is scary. He did validate that the reaction can be scary and tested two different foods for me, but even after I reacted to those foods, it was still linked to the environmental allergens. I do wish that we could have gone through every food that I've had reactions to and have the environmental allergen pointed out to me, but I do think that Dr. Silge was very attentive to my concerns altogether. He did tell me that if my plan of treatment was not working, it would be reevaluated and I appreciate that. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit.

I love everything about Intermountain. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. The only suggestion I would make is that you need more receptionists who will admit you in to see doctor or nurse. They could be more friendly. I know they are stressed, but it would make a difference.

After my last visit, I'm considering switching providers or ceasing visits all together. We don't seem to be making progress, I've had a lot of undesirable side effects, and I'm not getting any value out of continuing to come in for follow ups. There is limited discussion about my concerns and not any effort to educate me about pros and cons of various options, which I've asked about.
