I got to the clinic a day BEFORE my appointment. The nurse made sure I could receive my allergy shot that day instead of sending me away. Then also squoze me in tovisit with my Dr since my prescription was expiring. They made sure I was completely taken care of.

Very confusing to understand him. My child's father and I were left with more questions as we didn't really understand what the doctor was saying. Thankfully it was not my child's first allergy treatment but he is a new provider

Dr. Dickson seemed incredibly rushed, impatient with listening when I was describing what was going on, frustrated when I asked questions, and in general seemed more interested in getting out the door to another patient than in actually talking and listening, or explaining pros and cons of options. Given that I've heard differently about him from other people, I expect I just caught him on a bad, very busy day, but based on my experience alone, I would hesitate to recommend him to someone else.

One of the best doctors we've been to. I love that he discusses all the possibilities with is and actually reviews notes from previous visits. He remembers us even when it's been 6 plus months. He does a great job explaining things to us in terms that we know and understand. He shows genuine concern for our issues and questions.
