Bio

My philosophy of care centers around patients feeling empowered in making decisions regarding their health. My job is to make sure patients have a voice, that they feel heard and understood, and that they have a provider they can trust to help guide them along the way. I am originally from Farmington, Utah but have had the unique opportunities to live in Phoenix, Arizona and in Germany while serving as an active duty Air Force Nurse Midwife. I am passionate about health and wellness and in making sure my patients feel heard and empowered to lead the direction of their healthcare. When I'm not working, you can find me staying busy with family, lifting at the gym, watching kids sporting games, and enjoying the outdoors (skiing, camping, fishing). I am married to a wonderful man and together we have 8 amazing children!
