Really appreciated Dr. Cloward and [...]. They asked thorough questions, listened to my thoughts and ideas about managing my symptoms, and found an alternative medication since my previous stimulant was not consistently available. It's always nerve wracking when switching providers, but after my appointment I felt at ease that I have a provider who will listen to me.

I love Dr Cloward. He's very careful and listens and gives me clear answers.

It was kind of annoying to me to be informed 3 different times...3 different interactions...where I was informed that my insurance wouldn't pay for a sleep study. It made me feel like maybe I shouldn't come. But finally, when I got to see the doctor...he said, "welcome," & it made a huge difference to me.

He asked me initially how he could help me & took time to address all of my questions & concerns. It was truly an interaction where I felt involved, engaged, empowered & educated. He really listened & cared. So often in Healthcare, providers don't take the time to see where you're at, so to speak, but just start spewing info at you. In the past, I'd had an appt with an NP, sleep specialist, who did just that...I couldn't get a word in. But I have some knowledge already as a nurse & that person didn't privide me with any new info or help. This experience was so much better!

He is such a good doctor. I sent my family to him.

HE WORKS HARD TO FIND SOMETHING THAT WILL HELP ME MY RESTLESS LEGS.

Dr Cloward was great at explaining the results of the sleep study. His recommendation was backed up by the data he presented. He discussed things that could be challenging for my mom. He took a good amount of time for my mother to understand him and the next steps.
