Doctor Richards was very friendly. His staff immediately took me back and started the eye exam. Doctor did not try to sell me glasses or contacts, just gave me the prescriptions.

Physician acted like it was a bother to see me. I had a follow up appt. as well since my prescription was not working well. He acted like I was an imposition and did very little to help resolve my concerns. He was very dismissive and non empathetic. Not a problem solver. Will not return or recommend.

I had the feeling the doctor was so overbooked, that we needed to quickly finish & move to the next appointment. I felt like I was an inconvenience.

Dr. Richards quickly diagnosed my cause for the increasing loss of sight in my left eye & then just as quickly announced he couldn't help me with medication or with another referral because I was too old!
