The Intermountain Research and Medical Foundation was founded by a group of physicians dedicated to promoting medical research in 1970 at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Foundation now supports five hospitals in the Salt Lake Valley and includes funding support for education, equipment, charity care, and facilities.
