Conference Registration, Check-in & Continental Breakfast Begins:
Conference Begins: 8:00am

Breakfast & Lunch
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. All conference participants are required to sign-in each morning at the check-in tables in order to receive credit for attending the conference.
Optional Lab Day
If you have registered for one of the optional lab day sessions, plan to meet in the lobby of the Radisson Hotel no later than one hour prior to your session time on Monday, February 24th at:

9:30 am for the 10:30 am Simulation Lab Session 1
12:00 noon for the 1:00 pm Simulation Lab Session 2
2:30 pm for the 3:30 pm Simulation Lab Session 3
You will be met there by a member of our staff who will escort you to Primary Children’s Hospital, where the workshops take place.
Hotel Reservations: A special room rate of $105/night for single occupancy and $105/night for double occupancy for conference attendees. This discount expires on January 23, 2014. Please call the Radisson Hotel to make your reservations at: (801)531-7500 or (800)333-3333 and make sure to mention the Transport Conference to receive your discount.
Cancellation Policy: Written notice is required to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after January 27, 2014.
Call for Posters: Submit posters for a conference discount. Accepted posters will receive a $50 discount on conference tuition. Posters due by 1/5/2014. Email: Audrey.Bramwell@imail.org
