To access the public secure applications, you will need your Intermountain Master Consumer Account username and password. You can use the same username and password you currently use to access your MyHealth account or it may be a username that you setup specifically for accessing other public secure content on the IntermountainHealthcare.org site.
Reset Forgotten Password
If you know your username, and you remember the answer to the challenge question you created with your account, you can reset your password yourself.
Retrieve Forgotten Username
Using your email address and date of birth to find your account, we will email you your Username.
Using your existing password, you can change to a new password. Remember passwords are case sensitive and you will not be able to use a previous password when you select your new password.
Update Existing Account
Use this feature to update the demographic information regarding your public consumer account.
Create New Account
Use this feature to create a new public consumer account. If you are creating your account for the purpose of accessing Intermountain classes, you should know transcript information is tied to your username.
