Personal Bio & Interests

I feel so blessed to be part of such an amazing competent team at Budge OBGYN. Each provider is compassionate and brilliant bringing their own strengths to the table. Personally, I fell in love with Women's health years ago because of the deep meaningful relationships that I get to develop with patients over a life time. I love seeing women again and again. I think this connection is an integral part of why I am so passionate about my work. As we develop this relationship over time, treating each part of the patient, including physical, social, emotional, and spiritual/mental health enables maximization of total health and wellness. Educating and empowering women to be informed about healthcare choices and decisions establishes trust. I am passionate about encouraging healthy eating behaviors, mental health, and exercise regimens that can prevent disease and inflammation from occurring so women can enjoy healthy living. I love working at the Budge Clinic and feel so fortunate to be surrounded by amazing patients and colleagues alike. Go and make some meaningful fulfilling connections and ENJOY LIFE!
