The Gift Shoppe is located in the main concourse on the first level of the River Road campus. The shop offers clothing, magazines, candy, cards, books, flowers, balloons, decor and personal care items. Operated by volunteers, Gift Shoppe proceeds help improve hospital services.

Hospital Security officers have compressed air to fill low tires, will help jump car batteries, and can connect you with a low-cost company to help if you're locked out. Contact the officer on duty.
Patients and guests can pay their hospital bills at the Cashier’s office, located in the main concourse near the North hospital entrance.
Hospital bills can also be paid online through the online bill pay system.
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Jubilee Homes provides temporary lodging at a minimal cost to family members of critically ill patients. The homes are and are conveniently located across the street from each hospital campus. Space is subject to availability.
Your security while in the hospital is very important to us. If you have questions or concerns about security, feel free to contact the officer on duty at any time.
Please also call Security if you have lost or found an item.
The meditation room is a quiet place for meditation and thought and open to patients, family members, and visitors.
Watson Dixie outpatient pharmacy fills outpatient prescriptions and offers a small selection of over-the-counter medications.
Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Telephones are available in all patient rooms. To dial outside the hospital, first press “9.” You can make long distance calls using a calling card. If you need help with your phone, please ask your nurse. You are also welcome to use your cell phone in all areas of the hospital except for operating rooms or patient rooms in critical care and emergency departments.
We work with local religious leaders to help meet the spiritual needs of patients and family members. If you or your family would like a member of the clergy to visit, or for more information about services, your nurse can help you. Spiritual leaders of all faiths are welcome to visit their members. You can arrange a meeting with the hospital's chaplain by calling the number above.
Valet parking is a free service available at the north entrance of the River Road Campus, the 24 hour entrance of the 400 East Campus (on 500 South) and the main entrance of the Health & Performance Center. The valet will meet you at your car and park it for you so you can go straight into the hospital. No tips, please!
