I’m from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to St. George 7 years ago when I married my beautiful wife Jessica. We have a 1 year old little girl named Navy together who keeps us busy. I developed my passion for fitness at a young age while playing sports and through college playing collegiate baseball at Southern Virginia University. In 2012 I was an intern for Major League Baseball and later trained at VASA fitness. I obtained my MS in Sports Business and Management from California University of Pennsylvania and later interned with Mike Barwis and the New York Mets. As an experienced athlete and an educated trainer through NASM I enjoy being in the trenches with our athletes and then watch them excel on the court/field.
