The following are training packages we offer. Packages normally include three one-hour training sessions per week. Each session must be scheduled in advance. Custom programs and group/team discounts are available.

When you train with Acceleration, we not only offer some of the lowest prices in the sports performance training industry, you’ll also have the convenient option of splitting your program investment up into two easy payments, or taking care of it all at once when you start your program. When you pay it all at once, we’ll gladly apply a generous and instant discount to your total. On the Pro Pack you’ll receive a $30 discount, Varsity pack is a $20 discount, and the Hustle Pack is a $10 discount. Program totals before the discount is applied are listed below.

Pro Pack (22 sessions, $460)

Hustle Pack (12 sessions, $280)

  • Any combination of the two

Team Training (20 sessions, $300)

  • Choose anywhere from 10-20 training sessions 
  • $15 a session per athlete
  • Each session includes speed, agility and power training
  • Must have 8 or more athletes to participate - they must train together at the same time each training session

Group Training (22 sessions, $370)

  • Each session includes speed, agility and power training
  • Must have 4 or more athletes to participate - they must train together at the same time each training session.

Monthly Program ($220)

  • Sessions will be individualized to help each athlete achieve and maintain peak performance.
