Fillmore Community Hospital, formerly known as Fillmore Community Medical Center cares about the health of the people in Fillmore and Millard counties.

Community Health Fair

Each year, Fillmore Community Hospital sponsors a Health Fair for Fillmore and the surrounding community. More than 40 hospital groups, Millard County agencies, and other organizations participate. Thousands of people attend each year, taking advantage of the services and participating in activities:

  • Free or reduced price health screenings, such as comprehensive lipid panel, blood glucose check, blood pressure check, and hearing and eye sight screenings
  • Life Flight and a climbing wall
  • Utah highway safety and fire safety

STEP Express

Fillmore Community Hospital sponsors a nutrition and fitness program for 4th grade students at local elementary schools. Created by SelectHealth, the STEP Express program encourages students to track their exercise and eat healthier by reading nutrition labels. At the end of the program, students receive awards based on their participation.

Car Seat Safety Checks

For 15 years, Fillmore Community Hospital has provided car seat safety checks to new parents before they leave the hospital. The hospital also provides free “car-seat checkpoints” in the community several times a year.
