Our Instructors


Lacee Brown ATC

Education: Southern Utah University, Cedar City, UT.  Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, 2012.

Clinical Interests: Sports medicine, high school athletics, athletic training education, and concussion management. Lacee has provided athletic training services for Wasatch High School since 2013

Personal: Lacee received her degree from SUU after completing an LDS mission in Virginia. She teaches water aerobics and enjoys kickboxing, weightlifting, and running in her spare time. Her hobbies include reading, spending time with her family, and baking.


Katie Hafen - Yoga, TRX, Pilates

Katie Hafen teaches TRX, Total Barre, Mat Pilates, Yoga (basic, flow, therapeutic, and kids).

Anne Haueter - Yoga, TRX

Anne is certified in Hatha Yoga and TRX. She has expanded her heart, mind and body while aligning with Anusara studies. Anne embraces helping others find their own flow on and off the mat, or in and out of the water.

Sam Murphy, DPT

Education: Brigham Young University, Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, 2011; Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, Doctor of Physical Therapy, 2014.

Clinical Interests: Geriatrics, balance training, fall prevention, arthritis management, and total joint replacement care.

Personal: Sam lives in the Heber Valley with his family and enjoys gardening, trips to the beach, and spending time hiking and camping with his wife and children.


Sally Vollbrecht - Yoga

Sally is certified in Hatha, Anusara, and Ayurveda Yoga Therapy. Through proper alignment and elements of yoga therapy, she guides students to find their own freedom and release where soul meets body. Her passion to teach touches others through her compassion and gentle attention.
