Our Instructors


Mandy Antinori - ArthroFit

Mandy attended San Diego State University where she received her BS in Athletic Training.  She furthered her education at Georgia Southern University earning her MS in Sports Medicine and then completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Salt Lake Community College.  She’s been a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 1999.  Her interests are sports medicine, orthopedics and neurology.


Lacee Brown - Water Aerobics

Lacee attended Southern Utah University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2012. Her interested include sports medicine, high school sports, and training student interns. Lacee also provides athletic training coverage for Wasatch High School athletics.


Katie Hafen - TRX, Barre, Pilates, Yoga

Katie Hafen teaches TRX, Total Barre, Mat Pilates, Yoga (basic, flow, therapeutic, and kids).

Sam Murphy - ArthroFit

Sam attended Brigham Young University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2011. He went on to attend Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2014. His professional interests include acute care, working with the geriatric (aging?) population, balance training, and fall prevention. Sam completed arthritis program training at TOSH during the Fall of 2017 and is excited to now be able to offer the Arthrofit class in Heber.
