A "Thousand Points of Pink" is a month-long series of fun events designed to educate women about breast cancer.

The 2017 Community Heart Fair

This free event is Utah's largest community heart fair. Activities include health screenings and tests, heart-healthy cooking demonstrations and classes, a fun kids zone with activities and games, and a Go Red for Women's area with information on women and heart disease and how they can reduce their risk. Come learn what your family can do to be more heart healthy.

My Heart Challenge

Thirteen individuals, representing 13 nonprofit organizations in Salt Lake County, are competing in the 2017 My Heart Challenge: Nonprofit Edition, which provides an opportunity for them to improve their heart health by making positive lifestyle choices, including diet and exercise.

The Gift of Motherhood eLearning Childbirth Education Program is a convenient alternative for expectant parents who cannot attend a conventional prepared childbirth class due to bed rest, scheduling conflicts, or time constraints. It is also useful as a refresher course for repeat parents

This is a condensed 4 hour Saturday class covering the basics of birthing options, anesthesia options, hospital care and procedures.

This class is for children ages three to 10 years old who are expecting a new baby in their family. Children will learn about their mother's stay in the hospital and ways to assist in caring for the new baby at home.
