The Neonatal Care Unit (NCU) at Logan Regional Hospital has 16 private rooms for babies with special medical needs. Each room contains a rocker, breast pump, and wireless internet access. We also have four "room in" rooms where parents can stay with baby.
Staff members in our NCU have been specially trained to care for premature and sick newborns. We also have a multidisciplinary team including Developmental Specialists, Pharmacists, Dieticians, Lactation Specialists, Social Workers and Parent Support who provide superior care for our patients.
We use the latest equipment and most advanced technology available. Our unit is designed for private, patient-focused care that encourages family participation.
