What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is being present in the moment, without considering whether this moment is the way we expected. Which sounds simple… however the practice isn’t necessarily easy. Research suggests that our minds are not attending to the present moment about half the time! But research also suggests that learning mindfulness skills can lead to significant physical and emotional benefits, improve our sense of wellbeing and increase our quality of life!
