The Merrill Gappmayer Family Medicine Clinic is located on the south side of the Utah Valley Hospital campus. Please access the clinic by turning east on 940 North from 500 West in Provo. Then go right at the stop sign and turn right into the first parking lot. Please park in the stalls with signs for Merrill Gappmayer patients.
