The program has also been proven to be effective for caregivers.
This four-week Lamaze class is held one night a week for 4 weeks and is intended for women planning to have an unmedicated birth. You should arrange to finish the class 3 to 4 weeks before you are due.
The Prenatal Duo class is a condensed version of the four-week Prenatal Class and a breastfeeding class, and is highly recommended for all moms.
The Gift of Motherhood eLearning Childbirth Education Program is a convenient alternative for expectant parents who cannot attend a conventional prepared childbirth class due to bed rest, scheduling conflicts, or time constraints. It is also useful as a refresher course for repeat parents
