Robert Allen

Robert Allen

Robert Allen is chief executive officer of the Park City Medical Center. He has served as CEO of hospitals in Wyoming, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Utah, and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He received his MBA from Utah State University and BS in operations management from Brigham Young University. An active member of his community, Robert has twice been chairman of the Wyoming Hospital Association, and has served on the boards of several chambers of commerce, foundations and other organizations. A native of Wyoming, Robert enjoys golf, skiing and hiking with his wife Becky and three children, Taylor, Teri, and Jami.

Dr Wain Allen

Dr. Wain Allen

Dr. Wain Allen is a graduate of the University of Utah, BA Cum Laude in Chemistry. He received his medical degree from George Washington University Medical School and completed his residency in Family Medicine at DeWitt Army Hospital in Virginia. Dr. Allen has been in private practice in Coalville and Kamas since 1984 and currently holds staff privileges at Park City Medical Center, Heber Valley Medical Center, McKay Dee Hospital, Primary Children’s Medical Center, University of Utah Hospital and Salt Lake Regional Medical Center. He and his wife of 39 years, Rebecca, are the proud parents of four children and three granddaughters.

Beth Armstrong

Beth Armstrong joined Park City Medical Center’s Governing Board in 2011. She brings with her extensive healthcare experience, including more than 25 years in hospital administration at such notable organizations as Cedars Sinai Cancer Center, Northridge Medical Center and Hospital of the Good Samaritan.  Beth, her husband and 16-year-old son enjoy all that Park City has to offer, including world-class skiing, hiking, biking, and golf.

Barry Baker

Barry Baker

Barry Baker serves as the Chairman of the Board for Park City Medical Center and is Senior Advisor to Lee Equity.  He has been a global communications and branding/internet executive for almost 40 years.  Before joining Lee Equity in 2013, Barry served as a General Partner and Managing Director of Boston Ventures, specializing in the communications, entertainment, business information and health care.  Before joining Boston Ventures, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of USA Networks and all USA Interactive properties. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sinclair Communications, overseeing the business of over 100 television and radio stations in 28 states. From 1989 to 1996, Barry was the CEO of River City Broadcasting, which he founded in 1989. Prior to these positions, his career began in management in cable, broadcast TV and radio broadcasting.  Barry and his wife Amy actively enjoy Park City life. They have three children.

Lynn D. Bleil

Lynn D. Bleil joined the Park City Medical Center Governing Board in May 2014, after a 25+ year healthcare consulting career as a Senior Partner (Director) of McKinsey & Company, where she led the West Coast Healthcare Practice and advised senior management and Boards of leading healthcare services and life sciences companies on strategy, organization, and operations. She retired from McKinsey in December 2013 to pursue Board Director roles with private and public healthcare companies, and re-located with her family from Southern California to Park City. She is currently on the Board of two public companies - DST Systems (Kansas City, MO) and Auspex Pharmaceuticals (La Jolla, CA) - and also on the USSA Foundation Board of Trustees. Lynn holds a B.S.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lynn, her husband Rick, and son Jake enjoy all that Park City has to offer - especially skiing, hiking and music.

Rich Bukovinsky

Rich Bukovinsky earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 from Westminster College, and has 20 years of experience in Health Benefit Administration. He has an in-depth knowledge of large-group health benefits with a focus on wellness plans. Throughout his career, Rich has facilitated the merger of several health benefit companies, served as president and CEO of Regional Insurance Managers, has been a managing partner of Scripworld (PBM), served as president of national sales for Performax and was president of national sales operations for Meritain Health, where he is now currently a managing director. Rich has lived in Park City for 16 years.

Nenna De Camps

Nenna De Camps has been a Park City resident for ten years. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1998 from UNITEC. Mrs. De Camps has been the Housing Program Manager at Mountainlands Community Housing Trust for the last five years and serves as a Secretary of the Board of Directors at PC Tots. Before joining Mountainlands she worked as the Senior Marketing Assistant for a large warehouse of home improvements products. A native of Venezuela, Mrs. De Camps loves to enjoy the outdoors with her two daughters Valerie and Bianca.

Lee Gerstein, MD, is a local resident of Park City.  He received his degree from Boston University School of Medicine.  Dr. Gerstein is the current President of the Board of Directors at the National Ability Center, is a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight and participates on the Park City Medical Center Professional Standards Committee.

Eric R Hermann

Eric R.Hermann

Eric R. Hermann resides in Park City and holds a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.  He has been active in international finance for over 30 years, advising and managing a variety of funds investing in emerging markets debt.  He was responsible for African sovereign and corporate banking relationships at The Chase Manhattan Bank, helped establish the emerging markets corporate finance and fixed income teams at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and, in 1989, founded FH International Financial Services, Inc.  In addition to his work in finance, Mr. Hermann has in recent years devoted significant time to biotech. He has been an investor since 2005 in a biotech startup, Curemark, LLC, and currently serves as one of its Directors.  He is married, with 5 children and 2 grandchildren.

Colette Herrick

Colette Herrick has extensive health care experience. Beginning in clinical health care, she was an integral part of the leadership team that launched and developed the Utah Cardiac Transplant Consortium. She went on to corporate leadership with a biotech, organ transplant division of Johnson & Johnson. For the last decade, she’s worked as an executive coach and organizational consultant through her firm, Insight Shift. With degrees in nursing and communications, she’s authored more than a dozen articles published in journals such as the American Journal of Medicine, International Journal of Heart Transplantation, and Critical Care Quarterly. Currently, she serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the YWCA, Salt Lake City.

Thomas R. Hodgson

Thomas R. Hodgson was President and Chief Operating Officer of Abbott Laboratories, where he spent 27 years serving in a variety of management positions.  Mr. Hodgson is a trustee of Rush University Medical Center, and is a member of the board of directors of The Travelers Companies, Inc.  Mr. Hodgson holds a BS in chemical engineering from Purdue, an MS in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in engineering by Purdue University.

Dr Joseph Morelli

Dr.Joseph Morelli

Dr. Joseph Morelli is a graduate of the University of Virginia. He received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and completed his residency and pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian and Babies Hospital of Columbia University. He spent 15 years in private practice on the North shore of Long Island prior to relocating to Park City Medical Center in 2009. Joe is the immediate past chief of the Department of Anesthesiology at PKMC. He and his wife Dr. Barbara Wirostko are the proud parents of 4 children.

Patrick Putt

Patrick Putt

Patrick Putt is the Community Development Director for Summit County, Utah and an auxiliary professor at the University of Utah in the Department of City and Metropolitan Planning. He previously served as the Planning Director for Park City Municipal Corporation from 1995 to 2008, and was closely involved in the planning, development and execution of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. He has worked in some of the Mountain West’s most rapidly changing communities, including Flagstaff and Sedona, AZ., and Breckenridge, CO. Patrick holds a BS in urban planning and an MA in public history from Northern Arizona University. He is married to his wife Andrea and is the father of four sons.

Coleen Reardon

Coleen Reardon has been employed at Deer Valley Resort for the last twenty years. Most of her tenure at the resort has been spent serving in her current position as the Director of Marketing. Prior to her current position, she was the Communications Manager for the resort. She has been actively involved in the logistics coordination for Olympic, National and World skiing events.  Ms. Reardon serves on the Utah Advisory Board for the Sundance Film Festival and the Board of the Youth Sports Alliance.  She also serves on the Board of Director’s for CARMA (Comprehensive Arrhythmia Research and Management Center) at the University of Utah.  In 2011, she was awarded Business Woman of the Year by the Park City Women’s Business Network and in 2012 received a Utah Business SAMMY award.  She is a native of California who resides in Park City, Utah.
