We are located in the Eccles Outpatient building (Building 2) on the south side of the Intermountain Medical Center campus. The front entrance to this building is on the west side of the building. As you enter, there will be a set of elevators ahead of you. You may take these to the fourth floor. Our reception desk will be at suite 420 where you will check in for your appointment.
