This two-day conference is designed to provide an update of current or emerging pediatric health care issues. The program format for the conference is lecture designed to address a nursing and care provider audience ranging from acute in-patient to out-of-hospital care settings.
The conference will focus on new and changing diagnosis and treatment technologies including the challenges and rewards of providing nursing care to pediatric patients and their families. We will feature premier speakers discussing medical, surgical, and behavioral health related topics, across the broad spectrum of pediatric specialty care.
This educational offering will enable the pediatric health care provider to:
- Discuss current issues in pediatric health care.
- Review emerging best pediatric healthcare practice approaches
- Summarize common pediatric nursing and care concerns
- Encourage idea and resource sharing between pediatric healthcare providers
Nursing Continuing Education Hours
Primary Children's Hospital is an approved provider of continuing education by the Continuing Nursing Education Group, an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission Accreditation.
This live educational activity offers 13.50 nursing contact hours.
Successful completion is claiming credit only for the number of full sessions attended.
