Primary Children's Hospital offers a variety of amenities for patients, families, and visitors. Everything from delicious, affordable meals to a robust medical library with the latest information.
If you are in need of something not listed, please ask your nurse, inquire at the front desk, or visit the Parent Resource Center located in the Ronald McDonald Family Room on the third level.
Please contact the phone number on your bill for specific billing questions. You may receive a bill from both the physician and the hospital.
A cashier and a Wells Fargo ATM are available for patients, families, visitors, employees, and volunteers.
Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Financial assistance may be available if you do not have insurance coverage. Contact us to speak with a financial assistance counselor who can help you complete the necessary forms.
Our gift shop is full of items that are sure to bring comfort and a smile to patients of any age.

A physician's order is required for all lab draws. The patient must be registered in the hospital billing system before laboratory services can be provided. If you go to the lab from a physician's office at Primary Children's, check with the physician office staff to be sure whether you need to stop at Outpatient Registration before going to the lab.
Language services must be scheduled twenty-four hours in advance and can be arranged through the department you are visiting.

Families are welcome to browse through medical and parenting information. Copy machine and fax available for family use.
Open to the public everyday, the outpatient pharmacy is a convenient option to fill prescriptions, purchase over the counter drugs, and answer questions. Capable of custom compounding, and flavored liquid medications. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Accepts most insurance, along with Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana Medicaid.

Saturday-Sunday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
If you have not been pre-registered by your clinic or service prior to coming to Primary Children's, then our registration staff will help you register.
Stop by Brews on 3rd for your morning cup of joe. Serving coffee, lattes, mocha, italian soda, hot chocolate, and chai tea. Coffee is locally roasted Rimini Coffee. Delicious biscotti and sweet rolls are also available. We accept cash and credit and debit cards. Gift cards are available.

The Mountainside Café serves breakfast and lunch. Come visit us for a nutritious, delicious, and affordable meal. You will find healthy entrees and sides, an array of comfort foods, and made to order grill items.
Breakfast: 7 a.m.-10 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Our doors are open from 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
The Rainbow Café serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a midnight meal every day. Come visit us for a nutritious, delicious, and affordable meal. You will find healthy entrees and sides, an array of comfort foods, and made to order grill items.
Breakfast: 6:30-a.m.-10 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Dinner: 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
Midnight meal: 11 p.m.-2 a.m.
Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
The Treehouse Café serves gourmet salads, sandwiches, soups, and ice cream.
Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
Sandwiches and salads made to order from 11 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
Our vending machines have a variety of snacks, hot beverages, and sodas.
